•	Quit Smoking- While this is an admirable goal, smoking cannot be quit cold turkey. Just because you make a promise to yourself does not mean you will give up your addiction.<br />
•	See more Friends and Family- A great goal! But things <i>will</i> come up. Your job will expect you to work an extra shift or your child will suddenly become ill.<br />
•	Get out of Debt- Perhaps the best goal out there, but most often will not happen. Debt is something that often hangs onto you more than a monkey. If you really want to get rid of it, try making a longterm plan.</p>

In order to avoid feeling extreme disappointment  and frustration at yourself, try being realistic with yourself. If you have been late constantly for the past 3 months, don&#8217;t expect to suddenly be on time because of your new years resolution. Make progressive resolutions that do not require to to change overnight.</p>
<p>One last thing to remember- your do not have to wait until new years to start your goals. You can start working on them today. That way when new years comes around, you are not starting without some experience. Also, new years resolutions may work for some people, while others simply fail. Find the best way to reach your goal.</p>

Little Alice sees things in a very different way in her Wonderland- the plants and flowers are bigger than her, a caterpillar is the size of a horse, and a cat disappears as quickly as it appears. Another thing Alice faces is the constant growing of her body whenever she eats (or drinks) a certain potion. However, do we know that what is happening to Alice that is causing her to see such things?</p>
<h2>A Look into Wonderland</h2>
<p>A new psychological disorder has come out called the Alice in Wonderland Syndrome. This disease causes people to see the world in a new (and distorted) way.</p>
<p>People who have the Alice in Wonderland Syndrome have claimed that the ground they walk on often feels <b>spongy</b>. Also, their feet and legs would often go through the carpet to an unknown place. Other people have reported that they cannot drive anymore because of the <b>distorted vision</b> and <b>depth perception</b>. The cars would appear to be larger than they normally are, and closer or farther away than normal.</p>
<h2>Ways of Getting Curious</h2>
<p>There are a couple of ways to get the Alice in Wonderland Syndrome. The main one is by migraines. Because of the intense amount of pain a <b>migraine</b> often gives people, they tend to see the world in a different way.</p>
<h2>Finding your way Home</h2>
<p>Like little Alice, people who have Alice in Wonderland Syndrome are often trying to find cures to the disease. Unfortunately, there is no known cure. The only way to treat Alice in Wonderland Syndrome is by figuring out the underlying cause for it and then treating that. Another way to fix Alice in Wonderland Syndrome is just by wading it out and seeing if it will fix itself.</p>
