Acne is a problem most of us have faced in our teenage years. Oftentimes though, adults will get them as well. In order to prevent unhealthy skin and wanting to avoid the spotlight because your face is covered in pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads, it is recommended that you eat certain foods.
Vitamin A
Vitamin A is a good antioxidant and keeps your skin healthy by rejuvenating it. It filters through the toxins that are in your skin and replaces it with healthy cells. Ways of getting vitamin A are through tomatoes or carrots. A couple of other foods include butter, milk, broccoli, mangos, and eggs.
Vitamins B, C, and E
Vitamins B, C, and E are all good for your body, but can also be good for your skin. Try to eat food that have them all in it to ‘kill two birds with one stone.’ A fruit like a watermelon will do the trick.
Vitamin B
This is good for recharging the cells in your body. It can also help maintain a healthy skin tone. But keep in mind that taken in too much amount can cause acne as well. A couple of foods that have vitamin B are-
• Yogurt
• Soy Products
• Salmon
• Milk
• Potatoes
• Peppers
• Beef
• Bananas
• Cabbage
• Dried Fruit
• Lamb
• Venision
Omega3 Oil
Omega3 Oil can increase your blood circulation which helps fibrin flow through your body better. Fibrin is a compound that helps scars and buildup. Omega3 Oil can be found in a variety of places such as fish, meat, and eggs.
Preventive Eating
Eating food can help prevent acne problems that often plague your skin. Eating fruits and vegetables will be the most beneficial to you. Try even taking supplements of vitamin A, B, C, and E will help those who do not like to eat fruits and veggies.
